can I change my order before it is shipped?

If you would like to ask for a change of your order contact the Customer Service as soon as possible: after the order has been shipped to our warehouse it will no longer be possible to change it.

Remember that you may also return one or more items once you have received your order, if for any reason you prefer not to keep them.

can I add an item to an existing order?

It is not possible to add or change orders that have already been processed.
